I define myself as a visual gastronome, what does that mean?  My studies at the University Of Gastronomic Sciences, exposed me to different aspects of food we eat, I learned how important it is to document rural environments and traditions alongside modern aspects of food . Focusing on the transformations of food, production, sustainability, locality, giving real food visual representation, and of course, hands on cooking. The goal is to expose the general public to better food through a story.
